Historical months (through June 2026) are the locked ledger imported from the master sheet. July 2026 onward is computed live from completed loads — pre-fill values (fuel, driver pay, permits, tolls, pilot) pull from each load's matching bid, and the percentage allocations come off the gross price.
Pulls every Fuel Log entry from land loads whose start date falls in the quarter. Enter or paste the miles-by-state from the ELD below to get fleet MPG and taxable gallons per jurisdiction. DEF is not IFTA fuel and is left out.
Miles come from the ELD. Tax-paid gallons come from the load logs. Taxable gallons = state miles ÷ fleet MPG. Rates and surcharges (KY, IN, VA) load automatically from the official IFTA matrix for the selected quarter. You can still override any rate by hand.
